Kyra is a compassionate therapist who believes that the process of change and healing can be daunting, but it is a journey that you don’t have to undertake alone. With her years of experience, Kyra has helped many children, teenagers, and adults on their journey to happiness and healing.
Kyra works with her clients to help them develop healthy coping skills, improve their self-esteem, and strengthen their interpersonal relationships. She has experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, and ADHD.
Kyra uses a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Perinatal/Postpartum care and Brainspotting, to help her clients facilitate the change they desire. Kyra is also an EMDR trauma trained clinician and has experience supervising and training student clinicians.
Kyra’s warm and empathetic approach allows her clients to feel heard and understood. She is committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
