Pregnancy and postpartum bring incredible changes to your body, mind, relationships, and sense of self. Whether you’re preparing for birth, adjusting to life with a new baby, or simply looking for support and education, our Thriving During Pregnancy and Postpartum class series is designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and connected.

Join us for this FREE three-part educational series taught by licensed physical therapists and mental health professionals. Each class focuses on a different aspect of pregnancy and postpartum wellness, providing education and practical tools to support you throughout your journey.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Wellness Classes

Our classes are offered on a rotating schedule and do not need to be attended in a specific order. Attend one class, all three classes, or return whenever you need additional support.

Social media, family stories, and cultural expectations can create confusion and pressure during pregnancy and postpartum. This class helps separate fact from fiction while encouraging a healthier and more compassionate perspective.
